To promote health digestion…increase anti-inflammatory foods

Anti-inflammatory foods assist not only with decreasing inflammation, but promoting absorption.

Increase these foods-dark leafy greens, fatty fish, whole grains, beets, nuts, ginger and tumeric, garlic and onions, olive oil, berries and pineapple

Reduce these foods– peanuts, sugar/artifical sweetners, acidic foods, fried, corn, pork, processed/packaged, booze, and caffeine
